Jena Tracy, LBA, BCBA

Jena graduated from Louisiana State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders and a minor in Psychology. While attending LSU, Jena worked as an ABA line technician and a preschool aide for group speech therapy at a Baton Rouge clinic serving preschool-aged children with autism and developmental delays. Jena moved back to New Orleans after graduating from LSU and joined the Within Reach team in August of 2013. While working at Within Reach, Jena obtained her Master’s degree from the University of West Florida in Exceptional Student Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. She received her Board Certification in February of 2016. Jena has worked in clinic, home, and school settings with children ranging from 1-6 years of age.

Jenny Anderson, LBA, BCBA

Jenny graduated from Purdue University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. She worked as a line technician with teenagers and adults with autism in the Chicagoland area, and from there was inspired to pursue a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. She moved to New Orleans in 2013 and completed her BACB supervision in 2014. In the spring of 2014, she received her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and her Board Certification in November of 2014. She currently supervises individuals pursuing their BACB certification. She seeks out continuing education opportunities related to client needs and enjoys attending conferences to learn about up-to-date ABA practices.

LeighAnn Milinich, LBA, BCBA

LeighAnn graduated from BIOLA University located in Los Angeles in 2013 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Bible Studies. After graduating, she began working as a behavior tutor going into the homes of families to provide ABA services to children under the age of three. After moving to Louisiana in 2016, she has worked as an ABA line technician in two clinics and one school. During that time, she gained experience working with a wide range of ages from toddlers to adolescents, to adults. In 2023, she graduated Summa Cum Laude, from Florida Institute of Technology with a Master’s in ABA Practice. Shortly after graduating, she received her board certification and state licensure. LeighAnn is working in our program to provide in-home services to children under the age of three, within the school systems to provide training and consultation to educators and support staff, and on the job site to provide vocational social skills training for both the individual with developmental or intellectual disabilities and their employers.

Caitlin Bawroski, LBA, BCBA

Caitlin (Caiti) earned her Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Towson University in Maryland in 2011. After graduating, she moved to Thailand, where she spent a year teaching Pre-K 3 at an international preschool. In 2013, she returned to the U.S. and accepted a position as a Special Education Teacher in New Orleans, where she’s lived and worked ever since. Over the past 13 years, she has supported children and adults with a wide range of exceptionalities, with 7 of those years focused specifically on early intervention with children ages 3–5. In 2019, Caiti earned her Master of Science in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, and in 2022, she obtained a graduate certificate in Early Intervention (birth–5) from the University of New Orleans. Caiti currently provides home, school, and community-based services. In her spare time, Caiti enjoys traveling, crafting, and swing dancing.

Lennsey Hilbert, LBA, BCBA

Lennsey is a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has made a significant impact in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). A proud graduate of Louisiana State University, Lennsey furthered her education with a Master’s degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
With five years of hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Lennsey has cultivated a unique blend of expertise through her work in both Louisiana and Texas. Her playful and energetic demeanor creates an engaging atmosphere for her clients, making learning enjoyable and effective.
Lennsey is dedicated to advocating for her clients and their families, focusing on individualized treatment plans that promote independence and skill development. Currently, she provides community support in schools and homes, along with leading our after-school social skills group. Through her vibrant approach, Lennsey empowers children to thrive, ensuring that each treatment session is not just productive but also full of joy and discovery.

Misbah Khalid, LBA, BCBA

Misbah is a New Orleans native who has lived here since she was 3 years old! Although born in Texas, she considers New Orleans her home and is excited to begin her work as a newly certified Behavior Analyst in the area. She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of New Orleans, and proceeded to earn her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Misbah has provided ABA services to a wide range of populations and hopes to continue to provide necessary care in all areas of need. She is passionate about improving the lives of others, but with a compassionate and complete approach that fosters a safe space for everyone involved. Outside of her work, Misbah is a fur mom to three cats and one dog! She also enjoys working out, reading thriller novels, watching reality TV, and going on walks with her fiancé!
