Community Support Team

Jena graduated from Louisiana State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders and a minor in Psychology. While attending LSU, Jena worked as an ABA line technician and a preschool aide for group speech therapy at a Baton Rouge clinic serving preschool-aged children with autism and developmental delays. Jena moved back to New Orleans after graduating from LSU and joined the Within Reach team in August of 2013. While working at Within Reach, Jena obtained her Master’s degree from the University of West Florida in Exceptional Student Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. She received her Board Certification in February of 2016. Jena has worked in clinic, home, and school settings with children ranging from 1-6 years of age.

Kristina is a native of Metairie, LA and graduated in 2019 from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders.  She joined the Within Reach team in May of 2019 and worked in both the early intervention program and the after school social skills group. In December of 2020, Kristina graduated from Ball State University with a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis.  She became a Licensed Behavior Analyst in January of 2022. Kristina is now spearheading a new pilot program at Within Reach to provide in-home ABA parent training to families with kids under 3 who are on our waitlist. In her free time Kristina enjoys trying out new restaurants, cooking, walking her dogs and road trips to the beach or Nashville.

LeighAnn graduated from BIOLA University located in Los Angeles in 2013 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Bible Studies. After graduating, she began working as a behavior tutor going into the homes of families to provide ABA services to children under the age of three. After moving to Louisiana in 2016, she has worked as an ABA line technician in two clinics and one school. During that time, she gained experience working with a wide range of ages from toddlers to adolescents, to adults. In 2023, she graduated Summa Cum Laude, from Florida Institute of Technology with a Master’s in ABA Practice. Shortly after graduating, she received her board certification and state licensure. LeighAnn is working in our program to provide in-home services to children under the age of three, within the school systems to provide training and consultation to educators and support staff, and on the job site to provide vocational social skills training for both the individual with developmental or intellectual disabilities and their employers.

Nicole graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2017 with a bachelors in Psychology. Shortly after, she joined the Within Reach team as a behavior therapist. She worked in the early intervention day program and after school social skills group while obtaining her supervision hours. Her passion for working with children and ABA led her to complete her ABA certification from the University of West Florida. In 2021, she received her board and state certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. Nicole has experience in early intervention, social skills groups, school consulting, and in-home parent training. She is passionate about helping clients and their families reach their goals. In her free time, she enjoys going to concerts, working out, and taking trips.
