Frequently Asked Questions

Are your services covered by insurance?

At this time, our services are private pay and not billed through insurance.

However, some families can use HSA or FSA funds depending on their plan. We recommend checking with your provider for eligibility.

Where are services provided?

We offer both in-person and telehealth services.

  • In-person services: Available in the Greater New Orleans area
  • Telehealth services: Available for families outside of our service area or who prefer virtual support

Who provides the services?

Services are provided by qualified professionals with a background in behavior analysis and child development, including:

  • Licensed Behavior Analysts/Board Certified Behavior Analysts (LBA’s/BCBA’s)
  • State Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst/Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (SCABA’s/BCaBA’s)

What ages do you work with?

We support individuals across the lifespan, from early childhood through adulthood.

While many of our services focus on children and adolescents, we also work with teens and adults with disabilities who need support with independence, behavior, and daily living skills.

Do you only work with children who have a diagnosis?

No. We support individuals with and without diagnoses or identified disabilities.

Many families come to us for help with everyday challenges such as routines, behavior, independence, and social skills.

How do I know which service is right for my child?

That’s what we’re here for. During your initial consultation, we’ll learn more about your concerns and recommend the best service or starting point for your child.

What does the first step look like?

We start with a free 15-minute consultation to briefly discuss your concerns and determine the next best step.

For some services (like social skills groups), a longer intake or consultation may be recommended to ensure the right fit.

How often will we meet?

This depends on your goals and level of support needed.

Some families benefit from weekly sessions, while others use services more flexibly based on specific needs.

Do you offer in-home services?

Yes. In-home services are available for families in the Greater New Orleans area and are often helpful for building routines, independence, and behavior strategies within your child’s natural environment.

Do you collaborate with schools or other providers?

Yes, when appropriate. We can collaborate with teachers, schools, and other professionals to help create consistency and support across environments.

What is your approach?

Our approach is rooted in the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and child development, with a focus on practical, real-life application.

We work to understand the why behind behavior and use that information to create clear, structured strategies that support skill-building, independence, and positive behavior across everyday routines.

Our goal is to provide support that is effective, realistic, and sustainable for families.

What if we’ve already tried everything?

Many families feel this way when they reach out. The difference is having a clear, structured plan and the support to implement it consistently.
